Directed By Christian Jensen

Christian Jensen is an award-winning filmmaker who grew up on the wide-open plains of South Dakota, where he learned to appreciate the landscape and discovered his love of cinema. He earned a Film Studies certificate from the Minneapolis Community and Technical College and began his career making documentary-style and commercial videos for all types of organizations, especially within the arts and education.

As a Minnesota-based filmmaker for the past 15+ years, Christian’s films capture the heartbeat of the midwest. His work has premiered at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival and at screenings nationwide. Christian’s storytelling brings a new perspective to the region many who’ve never visited might refer to as flyover country, shining light on the everyday untold stories.

When he’s not watching movies or thinking about movies, Christian enjoys being Karate Dad to a pretty great pre-teen, and camping in remote locations with his wife/producing partner Kylee. He is currently working on a documentary about the life of his German immigrant grandmother, Hella.

A documentary about the end of an era in small town retail, and one man's important question hanging in the aftermath.
Christian travels to Nashville to document MN non-profits Chef Lucas Foods and Massive Amounts of Good as they harness the creative process to host an event to feed cancer families and hospital staff. Filmed on location at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Seacrest Studios, and The Purple House in Franklin, TN.
